Our Story

Founded in 1999, we started off as an ambitious company. We mainly made hotel reservations for corporate clients and the entertainment industry. Today, we are proud to share with you, that Preferred has transformed into a market leader in the Entertainment industry in the Netherlands! Independent advice, transparency, realizing savings, and advising our clients in ‘the jungle’ of accommodation rates and conditions, while maintaining our sustainable development perspective during all times is our main objective.

Preferred realized the housing for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2020 & 2021, booked the hotels for the EMA’s (MTV) in Rotterdam, London, and Bilbao, and has been working for Mojo Concerts (a Live Nation company) since 1999, and most festivals and music venues in the Netherlands. For the congress market, we offer a unique online booking tool ‘The Room Kit’. Delegated can easily book, change, and cancel their room online, and our professional team is more than pleased to assist if needed. Professional Congress Organisers, associations, corporate clients, venues, and the Dutch ministries use this product since 2011.
