Preferred Hotel Reservations staff is very hospitable. I asked Preferred Hotel Reservations to arrange accommodation for an international conference that would take place in The Hague at the end of June. The interaction was very polite and friendly, and I was very satisfied. Due to an accident I was unable to attend the international conference, but they still kindly responded to my questions. I don't know if I will have the opportunity to go to the Netherlands in the future, but if I do, I am confident that I will use this agent.
Preferred helped us out in arranging our meeting and stay at SS Rotterdam, specifically assisted by Eveline Gerritsen. Our group was quite complex because of some people coming from other countries and people that constantly changes their plans due to unexpected circumstances, but Eveline has accommodated us very well and patiently with all our requests and demands. She was able to give me all the information that I need and made sure that I am well informed before our stay. Everything was a very positive experience with them and I would surely go back for their assistance in the future and recommend them as well to others.
